What is eye tracking?

The use of eye tracking screens in usability studies is a way to
get strong data that support the qualitative methods of usability
testing. A typical test consists of 8 one-to-one sessions. During
tests users are asked to solve a series of real-life tasks to
accomplish a business goal on your website. The eye tracking screen
makes it easy to collect specific data on both conscious and
subconscious user behavior when interacting with websites or other
material. Data from an eye tracking test is shown as heatmaps,
gazeplots, AOI maps (Area of interest) and video.
Ebita delivers a complete analysis of results from the eye
tracking test. All user experience consultants at Ebita has 10
years + experience within usability.
