Ebita means the bottomline - all of our projects have a strategic element and a commercial purpose. Several major customers are running pure strategy projects with Ebita: Internet strategy (G4S, Scandlines and others), CRM strategy (Scandlines), online Recruiting strategy (Post Denmark) etc.

We know that applying the strategy is the key to success - ideas are not enough, so therefore we provide project management tools, prototypes and service designs in conjunction with strategic documents. Ebita's strategy deliveries are operational, and you can implement the value-added approach with them.

 

Project management models and mentoring programs

Ebita has a well developed project management model tailored to handle digital implementation projects. There have been 2,000+ hours invested in it over the past eight years, and it has been adopted by users inluding Jubii and DFDS.

 

The cornerstone of the model is a toolbox for project supervision containing all the tools required to plan, monitor, operate and report progress in a digital project.

 

Ebita teaches the models and transfers all the tools through practical progress and mentoring programs.

Service Design

Ebita provides, in collaboration with Live | Work, service design projects. All projects are rooted in Live | Work and their operating methods. Live | Work advise the British government, Sony, DSB, PFA, and more.
